The security of your data is of utmost importance to us and we take every care to ensure that your data is protected at all times.
Infrastructure:
Servers are hosted in a secure data centre facility which features:
- CCTV monitoring of the data centre and corporate offices,
- 24x7 security guard presence,
- Access control requiring swipe-card,
- Multiple digit PIN, finger-print plus accurate weight matching, ensuring absolutely no access to unauthorised personnel.
Technology:
- Security measures are in place at the web server, database and at the application layer.
- Perimeter security is achieved through the use of firewalls with intrusion prevention and detection in place.
- All sign ups are authenticated and IP addresses logged.
- Versign encryption certificates are used to protect the transmission of secure information
- Credit card billing is fully managed Barclaycard Services, not Sensatus (UK) Ltd (the developers of timetotrade) with Verisign encryption to manage the security when transmitting information to Barclays' billing servers.
- User data is backed up daily
