FAQ Forgot password

If you forget your password, go to the timetotrade LOGON PAGE >> of the website and enter the email address you used to create your timetotrade account into the ‘email’ text box and then click on the ‘forgot password’ link as illustrated in the following screen shot.

A new password will be emailed from "info@sensatus.com" with the subject title "timetotrade password reset request".

If you do not receive the password, it is likely because your email provider is spamming emails from info@sensatus.com. Please check your Spam or Junk email folers and if necessary add Sensatus and timetotrade to your safe list of domains and email addresses. For more information on how to do this CLICK HERE >>

When you log back into timetotrade go to your USER PROFILE PAGE >> to change and reset the password to suit you.
