Investment Club: Invitation Email

This section discusses the steps that you should follow if you receive an invitation email to join your club's timetotrade investment club account.

Step 1: Activation Email Link

The following screen shot is an example of a welcome email that you will receive if a member of your investment club has created a timetotrade account and invited you to join it. When you receive the invitation email, the first step is to left click on the activation link, as highlighted in the following image, or cut and paste it into your web browser:

Please note that you can only activate your timetotrade investment club account by using the activation link in the invitation email. This is to prevent 'bots' creating false accounts.

If you have been sent an invitation email and you do not have it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If the email is in your spam or junk folder, add the sensatus.com and timetotrade.eu domain to your safe list.

Step 2: Logon

After you have clicked on the activation link (or cut and paste it in to your web browser), you should be presented with a logon web page as illustrated in the following screen shot. Please enter the email and password that you received in your invitation email. In this example the email address is: mo@email.com and the password is euotvr, however you must use the email address and password listed in your invitation email. Click on the logon button after you have entered the email address and password as shown in the following screen shot example:

Step 3: Check your personal details and create a new password

Please check that your first name and surname are spelt correctly and change the text if necessary by clicking on the appropriate text box. Use your full legal name as this will be required for generating tax returns such as UK HMRC Form 185(new). When you have checked your personal details, please create a new password by entering it twice into the 'new password' and 'confirm new password' fields of the "Change Password" section. Lastly review the Terms & Conditions and if you agree, tick the check box as illustrated in the following screen shot:

When you are finished making changes to your Profile, input the password you received in your invitation email into the 'Save Changes' section at the bottom of your Profile page and click the "save changes" button.

Your password changes will now be accepted and next time you login to your timetotrade account use your new password.

Step 4: Your account is now activated

If you see the following screen, your account has been activated correctly:
