Investment Club: Invite Members

Membership and access to your timetotrade investment club account is by invitation only. Inviting members to join is easy. Firstly you need to navigate to the Club Profile page:

From this page you can invite members to your timetotrade club account, set member profile and access rights and input member joining / leaving history.

Please note that you must have "admin" rights to be able to invite new club members to your timetotrade Investment Club account. By default the club member that created the timetotrade club account will automatically be given "admin" rights. In the following screen shot example from the "Club Profile" tab, Timmy Trend Line has full rights and privileges as each of the privileges check boxes is ticked:

To invite a club member to your timetotrade investment club account, click on the "invite members" button, as shown:

Now enter the club member's first name, surname and email address as illustrated in the following screen shot and click the "send invite" button. If you press the "done" button it will exist the invitation process:

When you press the "send invite" button the club member will be sent an invitation email.

The club member's name will then appear in the Member Privileges & Status section of the Club Profile page. Their name will appear in grey italics until the club member activates their account as illustrated in the following screen shot:

If the member does not receive their invitation email, they should firstly check their spam / junk mail folders as sometimes spam filters can intercept the welcome email. You can re-invite a club member at any point in time by going through the above process and resending the inviation email.
